The elected Lay President of the Methodist Church Sierra Leone, Bro. Daniel A.S Moiwo, the second in command structure of the Methodist Church Sierra Leone (MCSL) and Rev. Edmond Bangali as Chairman for Bo/Kenema District Synod as well as Circuit Superintendent for the MCSL Kenema Circuit were both inducted into office.

The Induction Service was graced by several Ministers and other stakeholders in MCSL including the Presiding Bishop (Right Reverend Mark K. Ngobeh) and Administrative Bishop (Right Reverend Ronald Bobb-Williams).

The Gospel Reading was taken from Luke 17:11-19 and it was done by Bro. Daniel Moiwo, Lay President of MCSL.
Rev. Edmond Bangali (Chairman of Bo/Kenema District Synod) delivered the sermon on the theme: Lord, give your servants Edmond and Daniel grace that they may lead your people well. (2 Corinthians 12:9).

On behalf of the Men’s Fellowship – Sidney Groves Men’s Association (SIGMA), Bro. Steven Vandi-Tarawally – the Former Principal of Methodist Secondary School, Kenema dressed the two inductees (Bro. Moiwo and Rev. Bangali) in weaved clothes as a sign of support and appreciation to them for their good work done in the Church. Similar dressing was done by the Women’s Fellowship of the same Sidney Groves Methodist Church in Kenema.
Members of the congregation assured the inductees that they will continue to provide full support to them in the interest of the Church and the nation. Prayers were offered to ask God to bless the two personalities, their family, the Church and the country.
