TRIAD Engineering Company Unveils Brand Ambassador

TRIAD Engineering Company Limited, a Sierra Leonean company into maintenance, real estate properties, affordable housing development, mortgaging, solar installation, borehole drilling and Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), has unveiled their Brand Ambassador, Almon Sall Kamara, and presented their five year strategic plan, 2021 to 2025.

The unveiling took place at their headquarters in the east end of Freetown on Wednesday, 12th October, 2022.

Ambassador Abdulrahman S. Bangura who served as chairperson, stating the purpose of the programme, said TRIAD has called peers men to present their revised five years strategic plan and to unveil their brand ambassador. Commending them, he said it is great to see a Sierra Leonean doing sometime great like that, stretching an olive branch to the development of Sierra Leone through empowerment in diverse ways. He said the company is into so many construction activities such as building houses, mortgaging, estates etc.

Amadu Sesay, Operations and Managing Director, said the Company is established to build houses for persons with just 30% payment and rest is paid over a period of time after completion. He said houses are built on land in location of choice after marketing assessment. He asserted that, according to statistics, Sierra Leone needs more than one million houses thus they are there to make sure that happens though there are challenges and yet far from achieving that. He assured that they are not like other companies like Qnet or Wealth Builders who had duped persons and disappeared. Therefore, he said they are working with key banks like Rokel Commercial Bank, Sierra Leone Commercial Bank (SLCB), United Bank of Africa and Skye Bank. As it stands, he confirmed that they are handling 25 projects.

The Manager talked about investment account for parents who may want to make a brighter future for their children. He explained the importance of investment and why someone should invest.

Patrick David Kallon, Director, TRIAD, allayed the fears of the public judging from disappointment and duping of other companies. He said they have worked for the First Lady – building mosques in Kono and other venture they have undertaken. He further explained how guaranteed and secured their investment is. He noted how key investment is key and how it has created a livelihood for many. He said the Company is into solar panel installment and digging boreholes at communities for a minimum rate. He noted that the Company has been holding to its corporate social responsibility. He confirmed that they have signed MOU with Sierra Leone Police, which is a proof of how legitimate the company is. He encouraged individuals and partners to investment with them.

Francena Ibrahim, Senior Relation Officer, TRIAD, reiterated the statements of previous speakers and explained the process of business with them. She called on the public to take advantage of the opportunity for the dividend is huge.

After signing of contract/MOU and his unveiling, Almon Sall Kamara, reality television star, said he is grateful for being considered to serve as Ambassador for the Company. Sall said he chose to work under TRIAD because of the good work they are doing especially the promotion of young men. He appreciated his manager, parents, partners and Sierra Leone.

John Kamara, Representative from SLCB, said the TRAID is their baby and described them as eagle. He confirmed that they are authentic and no one should be afraid of working with Triad.

Sia-Batty Sesay from Skye Bank advised that TRIAD needs to do more on selling the Company to the public and also said to the Ambassador to work on more on the company’s popularity and works.

Mohamed C. Mahoi, a beneficiary, explained how he started an investment of Le 10,000,000 with TRIAD and how that has been fruitful. He said he is happy, because through TRIAD, he will be having a 3-room apartment for just paying 30 percent.
