Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) Head of Coach Education and Talent Development, Daniel A. Conteh, returned from a valuable knowledge exchange workshop organized by FIFA in Kigali, Rwanda.
The event, which started from September 16-19, 2024, saw football leaders from across the African continent share best practices and insights into modern coaching methodologies and strategies.
Conteh’s participation in the FIFA Coach Education Leaders’ Exchange Workshop provided him with an opportunity to network with fellow football administrators and experts, facilitating the exchange of ideas and experiences. This collaborative platform allowed Conteh to gain essential insights that he can now apply to enhance the coaching standards and talent development programs within the SLFA.
The workshop’s focus is sharing best practices. According to Conteh’s, he will contribute to the development of the next generation of talented coaches, ultimately driving the growth and success of the game in the country.
