I. In the early EPISODES, we published several photos of the Juju Ceremony done at Mapaki Village near Makeni in battle preparation to overthrow President Bio.

II. Today, we will also publish the FIRST VIDEO EVIDENCE about the RITUAL SACRIFICE, which was also done as part of the said preparation to overthrow President Bio.

III. The said evidence was tendered by the prosecution in the recently concluded court martial case involving the state versus Staff Sergeant Alhaji Koroma and 26 others.

IV. In the video, three of the four key master planners of the bloody November 26 Coup were seen at a “RITUAL SACRIFICE OF BLACK-WHITE COW,” which was believed to have been performed outside Sierra Leone.

V. At the said ceremony, Amadu Koita (the 1st Accused in the recently concluded High Court case involving the State versus Amadu Koita and 11 Others) was seen slaughtering a BLACK-WHITE COW while the deceased Idrissa Ahmid Kamara, alias Leather Boot, and the fugitive Kabbah Dumbuya were spotted observing the slaughtering process. However, the deceased Sorieba Mansaray (the fourth key master planner of the bloody coup) was not spotted at the ceremony.

VI. According to the prosecution, the said ritual sacrifice was believed to have been performed elsewhere within the sub-region. The prosecution pointed out that the language spoken by the key ritualist and his men in the video was not one of the native languages of the country; therefore, the said ceremony could not have been done inside Sierra Leone.

VII. The prosecution said that during the trial they did not lead any witnesses in respect of the video evidence, but they tendered it to show the LEVEL OF EFFORTS done by three key master planners to violently disrupt constitutional order.

VIII. Meanwhile, in the ongoing court martial trials, both the prosecution and the defense have examined and cross-examined almost two witnesses (in the case of the state versus Major Patrick Abu Ordende Sesay and five others) and almost five witnesses (in the case of the state versus Major Bai Sesay and six others), respectively.

IX. In the case of the State versus Major Patrick Abu Ordende Sesay and 5 Others, a total of six accused persons were charged with eight count charges in respect of their involvements in subversive activities against the State in July last year—shortly after the re-election of President Bio in June 2023.

X. The said six accused persons are Major Patrick Abu Ordende Sesay alias PAO (1st Accused), Major Juana Kabbah (2nd Accused), Major Foday Sumana Kamara (3rd Accused), Major Ibrahim Abu Bakarr Bangura (4th Accused), Lieutenant Zainab Amara Suwu (5th Accused), and Corporal Mohamed Koroma (6th Accused).

XI. The above-mentioned six accused persons are charged with eight counts of Mutiny, failure to suppress Mutiny and desertion. This case will be heard again on Monday, 28th October, 2024.

XII. Moreover, in the case of the State versus Major Bai Sesay and 6 Others, a total of seven accused persons were also charged with eight count charges in connection with the bloody coup in November last year, in which 18 security personnel and two civilians were brutally killed.

XIII. The said seven accused persons comprise Major Bai Sesay (1st Accused), Staff Sergeant Joseph Conteh alias Boy Pikin (2nd Accused), Sergeant Alimamy Conteh alias Next Man (3rd Accused), Corporal Alpha Wurie Conteh (4th Accused), Lance Corporal Ibrahim Kuyateh (5th Accused), Lance Corporal Lahai Kemoh (6th Accused), and Sergeant Baimba Bangura alias Maggie (7th Accused).

XIV. The said seven accused persons were charged with eight counts of mutiny, conspiracy to commit mutiny, failure to suppress Mutiny, communicating with the enemy, and conduct to the prejudice of military discipline. This case will also be heard again on Tuesday, 29th October, 2024.

NOTE:

The video evidence accompanying this episode was retried from Amadu Koita’s phone during his arrest.
