The Dalvina Foundation organised an ultimate football friendly match at the Osasu Field in Lumley. Sierra Leone’s foreign-based professional players against their home-based counterparts, with the home-based team emerging victorious by a score of 6-3.
The CEO of the Dalvina Foundation, Dalvina Khadijatu Bangura, stated that the purpose of the friendly was to raise funds for underprivileged children and to send a strong message to Sierra Leoneans to steer clear of drug abuse.
Honourable Mamoud Kamara, who attended the event, advised the players and citizens to avoid drugs and work together as one nation.
