The executive of the Western Area Football Association has sent their sincerest congratulations to the Lamboi, Luawa and Real Republicans Football Club on their promotion to the country’s topflight league, the Sierra Leone Premier League for the 2022/2023 league season.
The just concluded SLFA National Playoff competition in Makeni, Lamboi defeated Luawa by 1-0 at the final and Real Republicans defeated Great Scarcies 4-2 on post match penalties in the third place which gained their qualifying to the Sierra Leone Premier League
Lamboi is a registered division one club at Lungi and both Luawa FC and Real Republicans are registered division one clubs under the Western Area Football Association.
As an executive they wished the management of Lamboi FC and Luawa FC all the very best in their debut at the Sierra Leone Premier League, along with Real Republicans who have been away for13 years.
“We are wishing them all the best. We are proud of you all.”
