The High Court Criminal Session has commenced with eighty-three (83) Cases presided over by Supreme Court Judge, Honourable Justice Nicholas Browne-Marke.
Before the Criminal High Court session commences, Sierra Leone’s Chief Justice, His Lordship Justice Desmond Babatunde Edwards, inspected a Guard of Honour mounted by a contingent of the Sierra Leone Police.
Out of a total of 83 Cases before the Court, Hon. Justice Browne-Marke has sentenced eleven (11) for various offenses.
The session continues with State Prosecutor Aruna Jalloh and his team of Lawyers representing the Attorney General and Minister of Justice and Lawyer Cecilia Tucker and the team from the Legal Aid Board representing the accused persons.
