Luawa Football Club on Saturday, November 19th 2022 kicked off its preseason gala away to FC Kallon at the Angola field in Freetown, Western Area, Sierra Leone which is a build-up for the teams ahead of the 2022/23 Sierra Leone Premier League season
After a goalless draw in the first-half proceedings of the match striker Baimba Sesay the second top goal scorer in the 2018/19 Premier League season, opened the deadlock for FC Kallon in the 82nd minute.
However, winger Abu Bakarr Suma who joined Luawa from Great Scarcies FC a division side based in Kambia swiftly replied and levelled the terms for his side in the 86th minutes as the match ended 1-1.
East End Lions FC and Mighty Blackpool Sierra Leone’s most successful football clubs will face off in the preseason gala during a midweek encounter on Wednesday, the 22nd of November at the Approved School field.
