Prince Sualley has declared his aspiration for the NOC presidency and has set forth his aspirations in five key points.
“My candidacy for the presidency of the National Olympic Committee of Sierra Leone (NOC) is built upon the legacy of the current executive in which I have been a pillar overseeing the collective success of all our members associations.
“I have dedicated my endless commitment to the service of NOC. Cementing a reputation anchored credibility and integrity, I intend to develop and maintain fruitful existing relationship with colleagues in the industry and the wider Sierra Leonean community.
“Sports administration in my blood observing the operational since childhood coupled with my own leadership experience over the past decade have enabled me to accumulate expertise in Olympic sports.”
“Below are my five action plans will be blueprint for my tenure:
1. Improve and diversity the revenue stream of the National Olympic Committee by establishing sponsorship with the private sector and other potential partners.
2. Regulatory reforms and compliance with global best practice in sports governance.
3. Provisions of facilities to identity talents and develop future Sierra Leonean Olympians.
4. Winning of medals in all sporting disciplines and retention of elite Athletes beyond international competition.
5. Bridging the gender gap by promoting female leadership in Olympic Sports.
