This medium spotted a loaded truck of rice offloading at the Central Police Division to supply the police.
I patiently interrogated off loaders and police officers who were around. Do you know what they told me? They said the supplier, Ahmed H. Hashim, popularly known as VIP, isn’t only a blessing to members of the Sierra Leone Police, but he is also a generous man who has done a lot in the area of providing job opportunities for jobless citizens in the country. Since he was awarded the contract as a new police rice supplier, VIP had to keep his vow to work with the police as mandated by law.
A senior police officer reviled that he never met with VIP, but what he heard from outsiders and colleagues prompted him to develop respect for the young, hard-working gentleman. Sierra Leone needs young people like VIP if we are serious about transforming the appalling situation in our police security sector.
It’s never a secret that VIP’s work to elevate the welfare of our officers is not comparable to that of previous suppliers.
VIP is the first police rice supplier who worked very hard to bag logs left by his predecessor, which means VIP is capable of carrying on with the project as far as encouraging police personnel is concerned.
However, VIP is going with the conviction that VIP is here to stay under his VIP Group of Companies and Amoula & Sons Trading to serve Sierra Leoneans and the Government of Sierra Leone as prescribed by law. VIP is the icon among potential investors whose aim is to transform the lives of young Sierra Leoneans.
