Mogbwemo Queens FC Gears Up for Sierra Leone Women’s Premier League

The women’s football club in Sierra Leone, Mogbwemo Queens FC, has commenced their training sessions in preparation for the upcoming 2024/2025 Sierra Leone Women’s Premier League season. The team has set up their training base at the Bo Coronation Field in Bo City, signaling their commitment to the upcoming campaign.

The Sierra Leone Women’s Premier League has gained increasing prominence in recent years, attracting the attention of both football enthusiasts and the general public. Mogbwemo Queens FC’s decision to start their training sessions early underscores their determination to be a force to be reckoned with in the upcoming season.

“We are excited to kickstart our preparations for the Sierra Leone Women’s Premier League,” said the team’s head coach, Aminata Kamara. “Our players have been working hard during the offseason, and we are confident that with this rigorous training regime, we will be able to put up a strong challenge and make our fans proud.”

The Bo Coronation Field, a renowned sports facility in the region, will serve as the team’s training ground, providing them with the necessary infrastructure and conditions to hone their skills and ensure they are in top form for the upcoming season.

Mogbwemo Queens FC’s decision to start their training sessions early is a testament to their commitment to the development of women’s football in Sierra Leone. Fans and supporters eagerly await the start of the new season, eager to witness the team’s performance and their pursuit of glory in the Sierra Leone Women’s Premier League.
