The Sierra Leone Boxing Association has announced a ban on Christian Campbell from all boxing activities under the association’s purview, as well as any other activities related to boxing outside the association.
The decision was made after the association received a letter from Campbell that they deemed to be misleading the African Boxing Confederation (AFBC) Executive Committee of the Sierra Leone Boxing Association.
The association expressed its dismay and disapproval at the content of a series of spurious allegations posted by Christian Campbell, who has falsely claimed to be an executive member of the Sierra Leone Boxing Association.
The association stated that it will not tolerate such actions and has taken this decisive step to protect the integrity of the sport and the association. The ban will remain in effect until further notice.
