Real Valladolid defender Abdulai Juma Bah of Sierra Leone played the entire match in his team’s 2-0 defeat against Getafe in the Spanish La Liga over the weekend.
The 18-year-old Sierra Leone international went the full 90 minutes for Valladolid in the away fixture but was unable to prevent his side from falling to goals from Getafe’s.
Bah, has been a regular fixture in Valladolid’s fixtures since joining the club in 2024. Despite the disappointing result, his resilient performance will have pleased the Sierra Leonean fans watching back home.
Valladolid remains in the bottom half of the La Liga table following the loss, sitting in 20th position after 14 matches played so far this season. They will be hoping Bah and his teammates can bounce back in their next fixture as they strive to climb the standings.
