Minnesota United, the Major League Soccer (MLS) club, has secured the services of Sierra Leone international Momoh Ibrahim Kamara on a year-long loan deal that will keep him at the club until the end of 2025.
Kamara, who currently captains Shooting Stars in the U-20 competition, has been a key player for the team, leading them to two wins and a draw. His impressive performances have caught the eye of the Minnesota United management, who have moved quickly to bring the young talent to the MLS.
Kamara, who has also represented Sierra Leone’s national team, is excited about the opportunity to play for Minnesota United. “I am grateful for this chance to join such a prestigious club like Minnesota United,” he said. I’m looking forward to learning from the experienced players and coaches, and to helping the team achieve its goals in the upcoming season.
