Musa Kamara, the star striker for Ports Authority, has been on a remarkable goal-scoring spree, delivering a series of impressive performances that have caught the attention of the football fans.
In his last four matches, Kamara has found the back of the net three times, showcasing his clinical finishing and goal-scoring prowess. This impressive run of form has also seen him crowned as the Golden Boot winner in the recently concluded COFA Tournament, where he netted an impressive 5 goals.
Despite Ports Authority’s struggles in the Leone Rock Premier League, where they currently sit in 17th position with 18 points after 19 games, Kamara’s individual brilliance has been a silver lining for the team. In a friendly match against the Sierra Leone National Home Base Team, the striker scored an impressive 4 goals, helping his side secure a narrow 4-3 victory.
Kamara’s remarkable performances have not gone unnoticed, as he has now earned a call-up to the Sierra Leone national team, where he will have the opportunity to train under the guidance of Head Coach Mohamed Kallon.
While Ports Authority may be facing challenges in the league, Musa Kamara’s goal-scoring exploits have undoubtedly been a bright spot, and his inclusion in the national team setup could be a significant boost for both the player and the country’s football aspirations.
