Elizabeth Alberta Kailey, the Women’s Football Manager of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA), is currently participating in the FIFA Women’s Football Regional Workshop in Rabat, Morocco.
The three-day workshop, which runs from November 6th to 8th, 2025, is a crucial platform for advancing the strategic priorities of women’s football.
Key areas of focus include increasing participation, developing more female coaches and leaders, enhancing competitions, promoting commercialisation and strengthening stakeholder collaboration.
The FIFA Women’s Football Regional Workshop is an important event that brings together football administrators, coaches, and stakeholders from across the region to collectively address the challenges and opportunities faced by the women’s game.
Sierra Leone’s participation in this workshop demonstrates the country’s dedication to fostering a more inclusive and equitable football ecosystem.
