In the second edition of the Central Football Association’s Inter-Community Championships League 2025, the round of 16 matches have provided some thrilling action for local football enthusiasts.
Moaba emerged victorious against Fourah Bay Community, securing their place in the quarterfinals. Meanwhile, Portuguese Town advanced after eliminating Aberdeen in a tightly contested penalty shootout 5-4 following a 1-1 draw in regulation time.
The quarterfinal matches are set to take place over the next three days. On November 18th, Tengbeh Town will face off against Fire Burn, while on November 19th, Mountain City will battle Brookfield’s, and Foulah will take on Tree Planting.
These fixtures are expected to produce more edge-of-your-seat encounters as the teams compete for a spot in the semifinals of the Competition.
