Sierra Leonean singer Boii hosted a special listening party on Tuesday night at The View Lounge and Restaurant, where she officially introduced her upcoming 8-track EP, Money or Honey, to top DJs, bloggers, and entertainers from across the music industry.
The EP, Money or Honey features some of the continent’s most talented singers like Boy Pee of Ogechi and Constantly fame, Ramoni, a Nigerian music producer, Masterkraft, who produced majority of the songs on the EP.
The event brought together some of the most influential figures in Sierra Leone’s entertainment space, giving them a first listen to the project before its official release this Friday, November 21st 2025.
Speaking during the session, Boii said the EP is deeply personal and reflects her journey, emotions, and growth as an artist.
“I have dedicated my heart and soul to this EP,” she told the room. “I hope and pray that the DJs and bloggers here today will like the songs, because you are the ones who help us promote our music.”
She revealed that the project was recorded in Sierra Leone, Nigeria, and one of the tracks was done during her visit to Morocco earlier this year. The EP features a range of sounds, emotions, and stories, with the final outro track dedicated to thanking God for everything.
Cribs International CEO Show Cole also shared his excitement about the long-awaited project.
He said the EP has been “in the making for a very long time” and highlighted the contributions of top-tier producers, including the legendary Masterkraft, whom he described as “a brother.” The project also includes work from Sierra Leonean producers.
Show Cole further praised Boii’s mother, calling her the artist’s biggest supporter.
“We are happy that Boii’s mother is her number one fan. Whenever I check the charts, I see how much she streams the songs. Unlike many parents, she truly wants to see her daughter succeed in the music industry.”
The listening party attracted top DJs, leading bloggers, and prominent musicians, all eager to experience the new sound Boii is bringing to the industry.

Meanwhile, one of the tracks, “Letter to My Boyfriend,” has already been released as a TikTok sound on Boii’s page and is currently trending online.
