Abdul Karim Bangura, the team manager for the Leone Stars, has officially kicked off his participation in the prestigious FIFA Campus – Essential Course for National-Team Managers (2026 edition) in Rabat, Morocco.
The course, organised by FIFA in partnership with the International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES), is designed to provide comprehensive training and development for national-team managers.
Bangura has successfully completed the online modules and virtual sessions and is now immersed in the in-person workshop, which brings together participants from around the world for intensive learning and practical engagement.
The curriculum of the course focuses on key aspects of team management, including roles and responsibilities, stakeholder coordination, and modern approaches to football administration.
This comprehensive programme aims to strengthen the professional capacity of national-team managers, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to lead their teams effectively.
Bangura’s participation in the FIFA Campus – Essential Course for national team managers reflects his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
