Afrikonet.sl has delivered a guest lecture at Limkokwing University on the role of Digital Marketing in shaping today’s global economy. The lecture attracted students from the Business Management and Globalization department.
University staff said the session was designed to expose students to real-world business practices and the growing relevance of digital platforms. They noted that schools must prepare young people for the competitive digital business space.
A student, Emmanuel Bangura, said he was motivated by the lecture to start using Afrikonet.sl to sell his products online.
Guest lecturer Mohamed Kugba Massaquoi from Afrikonet.sl spoke about the fast rise of online business in Africa and the opportunities available for young entrepreneurs.
“With Afrikonet, we want to make students their own boss even before they finish university,” he said.
Afrikonet further announced that they will provide promotional codes for students and offer three internship positions for those interested in gaining practical skills.
The Head of Faculty, John Tamba Sesay, thanked Afrikonet for the gesture and said the university will continue to support partnerships that help students grow.
