Freetown, Sierra Leone, October 9th, 2024: The Union Trust Bank (UTB), the prominent financial institution in Sierra Leone, is hosting its annual “Happy Customer Service Week” from October 7th to 11th, 2024. This global celebrations, observed worldwide in October, is the bank’s way of showing gratitude to its valued customers, who have been the driving force behind its success.

According to Josephine Sesay, the Head of Marketing and Business Development at Union Trust Bank, this year’s theme is “Together, We’re Building a Brighter Future, Above and Beyond,” emphasizing the bank’s commitment to delivering exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations.

“Our customers are the heart of our business, and we are thrilled to celebrate them during this special week,” said Sesay. “We have prepared small tokens, gifts, and thank-you cards to express our sincere appreciation for their continued loyalty and trust in Union Trust Bank.”

Alusine Mohamed Fofanah, the Assistant Director of Banking Operations, highlighted the bank’s diverse range of services, including the mobile app, RTGS, and the ability to transfer funds to other banks or abroad with minimal fees. “We want our customers to know that Union Trust Bank is their bank, owned by a Sierra Leonean, Joseph Nsonamoa. We have a cordial relationship with our customers, and our customer service has been consistently improving over the past 29 years since our establishment in 1995.”

Hannah Yamah Ngabeh, a longtime customer of Union Trust Bank since 2008, shared her positive experience with the bank. “Union Trust Bank has improved every day, and I am delighted to celebrate Happy Customer Service Week. You will never encounter any issues with your transactions at Union Trust Bank.”

Union Trust Bank’s commitment to its customers is evident in its unwavering dedication to providing seamless banking services and fostering strong relationships. This year’s Happy Customer Service Week is a testament to the bank’s appreciation for its loyal customers and its relentless pursuit of excellence in the Sierra Leonean banking sector.
