RAM K FC’s Rising Stars Earn Call-up to Sierra Leone’s U-17 Women’s National Team

In a proud moment for the local football community, RAM K FC has announced the selection of four of its standout players for Sierra Leone’s U-17 women’s national team. Defenders Ishatu O. Kamara, midfielders Mabinty S. Conteh and Isha Sesay, along with striker Aminata I. Kamara, have been chosen to represent their nation in the highly anticipated U-17 Women’s World Cup qualifiers.

These young talents have been instrumental in the success of their club, RAM K FC, showcasing exceptional skill and determination throughout their journey. Their inclusion in the national squad is a testament to their dedication and the club’s commitment to nurturing football talent in the region.

The U-17 women’s national team is set to host the Central African Republic in the first round of the qualifiers. The first leg will take place on January 11th, 2025, at the prestigious Southern Arena in Bo City, Sierra Leone. The return leg is scheduled for January 18th, 2025, at the Japoma Stadium in Douala, Cameroon.

This encounter marks the beginning of the team’s quest for a spot in the prestigious U-17 Women’s World Cup, and the selection of these four RAM K FC players is sure to bolster their chances of success. The local community eagerly awaits the performance of these rising stars as they take on the challenge of representing their nation on the international stage.
